DESCRIPTION:Overview\nParticipants will leave the workshop with an understanding of how to develop/revise and implement an administrative assessment plan. The workshop will address the fundamentals of administrative assessment and help participants draft elements of an administrative assessment plan. The workshop will offer practical tips and solutions to enhance administrative assessment on your campus. The workshop leader will also recommend a process model on assessment for administrative offices that focuses on training and continuous feedback. Finally\, strategies will be shared on how to work with\, engage\, and educate staff. \nLearning Outcomes\n\nUnderstand the value of administrative assessment.\nLearn how to map out an administrative assessment plan.\nDevelop a strategy on how to set-up or further develop an administrative assessment plan on your campus.\nGain insight into how one might create an educational plan to educate staff on administrative assessment.\n\nLocation\nWashington & Jefferson College\, 60 South Lincoln Street\, Washington\, PA 15301\nMedia Room\nRossin Campus Center \nCost\nThe cost of attendance for a team of two is $1300. Included in the cost are all meals\, individual hotel rooms\, and workshop materials. Each campus can bring an additional team members for $600 per person. You will receive an access code to reveal the hidden extra attendee ticket with your order confirmation. \nYour team should include staff who are working to develop or revise administrative assessment plans on your campus. Your team may also include an administrator or faculty member who works closely with administrate assessment.
