DESCRIPTION:Washington & Jefferson College’s annual Matriculation ceremony introduces the campus community to the incoming class\, and shares College traditions and insights with new students. \n			\n						Download the Program\n					\n	 \nFollowing remarks by President John C. Knapp\, Student Government Association President Neil Pandit ’23 will welcome the class\, sharing insights and wisdom for their next four years at W&J based on his own experience. Additional highlights of the ceremony include an invocation by Rev. Dr. L. Stephen Smith\, Jr. and a talk by Dr. Jason Kilgore\, professor of biology\, who was named Outstanding Faculty Member of the Year by the most recent graduating class. \nThe ceremony concludes with the Crossing of the Seal at Old Main\, signifying the students’ induction into the W&J Community. \nWatch the live stream here or also Youtube. \nThis event is open only to W&J First Year students\, faculty\, and staff.
