Communication and Marketing

Our goal is to tell the stories that make W&J stand out!

The Office of Communications is here to keep W&J connected to our community: our students, faculty, staff, alumni, organizations and people locally, nationally and internationally. We work with television and radio stations, magazines and newspapers, and with our colleagues here at W&J to create advertising, promotional materials, media coverage and a brand identity that showcases the best of the College.

We’re located on the second floor of McMillan Hall, and we’re here to help W&J faculty, staff, and students in any of the following areas: publications, advertising, publicity, website initiatives, and community and media relations. We produce the W&J website and the W&J Alumni Magazine, and we also manage the television monitors that display info about W&J programs and alumni in all campus buildings. If you need to order business cards or letterhead, create brochures, ads, or other print materials, or if you’ve got questions about logos and editorial or brand standards for campus publications, we handle that, too.
