How we can help you:

  • Fundraising for your project*: If you're interested in fundraising for a project, piece of equipment, or travel opportunity, we can assist you in funding those specific projects through our crowdfunding platform, PrezProjects. For more information, or to apply for consideration, visit our official PrezProjects application page.

  • Grant application assistance: The Office of Development can assist you from the pre-award to post-award process. We can help identify and approach potential funding sources, plan and coordinate solicitations, provide professional grant proposal development and letter of inquiries, gather supporting materials (including institutional data and financial documents), coordinate campus site visits, and obtain institutional signatures. We are here to support W&J faculty and staff as a single college entry point to corporate, foundation, and federal funding. We will provide the highest level of grant support and meet with faculty and staff to learn and brainstorm your funding needs and develop strong grant proposals and concept papers that align with the philanthropic focus of funders. To learn more, please contact James Orlick, director of corporate & foundation relations, atjorlick@washjeff.edu or 724-250-3372.

*Please note that the Office of Development & Alumni Engagement coordinates all fundraising efforts to benefit the College. Individual students, W&J-recognized clubs, and other student organizations are not permitted to solicit alumni or parents for monetary support. Should you wish to solicit alumni or parents to help fund a key initiative, it is required that you contact the Office of Development & Alumni Engagement.
