Rachel Stalker

Assistant Director of the Center for Professional Pathways

Rachel Stalker joined W&J in 2017 as a graduate assistant in the former Office of Community Engagement, while completing her Master of Education (M.Ed.) at the University of Pittsburgh in Higher Education Management. In 2018, Rachel transitioned to the role of Student Success Consultant, working with first-year students on their transition to the college, while finishing her degree. In 2019, Rachel completed her Master’s degree at Pitt, and continued to serve as a Student Success Consultant until January 2021. Now, Rachel serves as the Assistant Director in the Center for Professional Pathways, helping students prepare for life after W&J and the world of work.  She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), with a concentration in marketing, at Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA in 2016. Outside of work, Rachel is passionate about cooking, fashion, movies, and spending time with friends and family.
