Admission Events
Our admission events are designed to help you learn more about Washington & Jefferson College in a group setting. Each experience has been developed to showcase what an education at Washington & Jefferson College might look like for you. During your time on campus, we will provide a tour; each experience offers various opportunities to interact with professors, current students, and W&J staff. The fun activities surrounding the day are just a bonus for connecting with future classmates. Students who visit are eligible for our $1,000 Visit Grant. Ask your admissions counselor for more details about the grant.
Discovery Day
9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Discover Day is a campus exploration day where families are invited to learn more about what it means to be a President at Washington & Jefferson College. During Discovery Day, you can explore academic offerings, take a campus tour, and meet members of the W&J community.

The W&J Experience
5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
This unique experience provides the opportunity to experience what it’s like to be a W&J President. You’ll meet with admission, enjoy dinner from one of W&J’s dining facilities, and experience life with current students. This fully customized experience will provide opportunities to discover how W&J can help you to reach your full potential.
Presidents Preview Day

Experience your future college home during Presidents Preview Day! This is a special day for W&J’s Accepted and Deposited students. We have designed a day where you will meet future classmates, connect with faculty and staff, and learn more about campus life from current students.
First Look Friday
June 28, 2024
9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
First Look Friday has been developed for families who have never been to campus and are interested in learning more about W&J. During your time on campus; you can learn the admissions process, explore academic offerings, tour campus, and meet members of the W&J community.
What is a Live Virtual Tour?
A Live Virtual Tour is your Augmented Reality Experience of Washington & Jefferson College. This brand new campus tour option is your chance to have your questions answered in real time while you have a one-on-one experience with one of our best and brightest W&J tour guides. We love W&J and want you to see how this is where Changemakers get their start!
