Washington & Jefferson College strives to create an environment in which students are supported in their success as a student, a member of the community, and as an individual.  To provide coordinated and personalized guidance to each student, the College uses PrezPathways to provide the student’s network of advisors a way to identify students who are struggling and may need additional support. It is also used to document students’ achievements – perhaps they earned an award or were part of a team that won an athletic game.  Together, faculty and staff collaborate with the student to help them thrive in their academic and community life adjustment to W&J.
